Developed the in house talent and improved the quality and scope of work offered for consumer products, social media and field and publicity promotions.  Maintained support for all post work for final movie delivery, Trailers, TV Spots, DVD extras and Featurettes; and organized and produced content for EPK, Style Guide and other promotional items.  With the appointment of a sales agent on this movie, we expanded our support and delivery of content to all of our international distributors.

Supervised the expansion of responsibilities of the Media Services team to create content for movie partnerships and field promotions, delivering updated budgets and planning for the studio to grow in these areas.  Maintained full support for feature film delivery and post services; organized and produced content for EPK, Style Guide and other promotional items; and updated and improved the color pipeline.

Continued oversight of the Media Services team to deliver the conformed final feature film to Technicolor for color grading; key collaborator in the production of  all work for Trailers, TV Spots, DVD extras and Featurettes, with a lead role in the post production of these items; was a stand-in Post Production Supervisor until one was hired later in the production; after the first movie, I partnered with all department heads to analyze their workflows, establish naming conventions, integrate Shotgun and help establish efficiencies that could come from new custom tools that we could create.
